What is Quatre ?

Quatre Thinking Process ApS is a merge of two experienced process and management consultants, both with roots in the pharmaceutical and the engineering world. The company is headed by Heidi & Carsten Kaas-Pedersen, and was founded in 2007.

Every year we develop management, employees, and organizations towards improved results, based on solid professional know-how and practical experience. We create real value from shopfloor to the executive level.

The way to develop the company and its employees is with a strong focus on the company's business- and production processes. Through dedicated project management, customers involvement, and empowerment in relation to the design and implementation of solutions.

Quatre specializes in solving tasks within change management and project management. Implementation of new business areas, start-up programs and project organization. Management of quality systems, process optimization, facilitation and training.

The markets we operate on go from the pharmaceutical industry and manufacturing to sales and administrative organizations.
