    Project: Optimise processes and reduce costs in production area and warehouse

    Responsibility: Preparation and conducting customer specific training programs, facilitation of subgroups working with LEAN tools (flow, 6S, performance management, SMED, Kaizen, and roles & responsibilities), motivation of employees, driving progress of implementation (new layout, new flow, new organisational setup), coaching management, and handling general project management issues.

    Results : A new warehouse layout implemented, standard working procedures created, KPI’s defined and weekly board meetings established, roles and responsibilities visualised, and daily work load meetings. Approximately 30% reduction in production related costs. Temporary employees reduced from 22 to 5 in high season.

    Project : process optimisation of sales process and specifying the customization of standard software

    Responsibility : Coaching and support of internal project manager. Planning and execution of a 7-week optimisation process, workshop execution, handling of strong stakeholders, and ensuring sustainable results

    Results : Doubled the amount of people being very satisfied with sales process from 31% to 68%. Elimination of dissatisfaction from 22 % to none (0%)
